National Home Protection - In trouble in Texas

As reported in the Star-Telegram this month, National Home Protection is in trouble in texas for practising without properly being licensed.  This should not be a surprise to anyone who has had a run in with their home warranty company.  If they are unwilling to follow the contracts that they sign, why would they choose to pay attention to the law.  The article outlines the financial penalties that National Home Protection is facing, thier practices in signing up new customers once they were cited for practicing without a license, and the actions being taken by the Texas State Attorney General’s office.
